We have just received the most amazing news from Izmir.
First of all, thank you for your help in the case of Sarikiz. We have just been informed by the municipality that hundreds of you have emailed, and many have called.
Today something appalling has happened. Let’s Adopt had found an adoptive home for Sari Kiz and we went to the Karşıyaka Municipal shelter to get Sari Kiz out.
What was waiting for us there is an insult to human decency.
To our surprise and bewilderement the Municipal Worker in that particular hellhole told us, right at our face that Sari Kiz has escaped the shelter.
Those people must think we are idiots.
The shelher has over 500 dogs. All them locked up in inhumane conditions. It is quite impossible for a dog to escape from that shelter.
I am absolutely convinced that no dog has ever escaped from that place. IT’S A LIE.
So.. what are WE going to do?
Let’s Adopt is now start a campaign that will expose the Mayor of Karşıyaka..

i wish you would go against the AKP ruled municipalities with the same ferocity…
keep u the good job, but don’t forget, the AKP ruled municipalities are far worse than the CHP ruled ones…
