If you are reading this chances are you have helped us saving many of our animals this year. And for this, we thank you. None of the animals we rescue would be alive without you. The amazing stories you can find in Let´s Adopt are as much your success as they are ours.

Tina lived in a home… and from the warmth of a family she was abandoned HERE…

This beautiful and kind kitty was found wandering the dry fields in Andalousia. She was walking around, lost, trying to find somewhere to hide in the middle of the desolated fields.

People saw her, one of her eyes was in a terrible condition. They stopped to take a picture, from that moment on Tina didn´t let them go. She literally cling onto to them, she was begging to be rescued.

Tina was taken to the village vet but but her condition was more than they could handle. Her eye was visibly damaged, they just didn´t know how bad it really was. At that point they asked us for help and Tina was sent over to our clinic.

I´m standing in front of her as I write this. Even in her condition she is absolutely beautiful and one of the sweetest kitties I have ever met. She is so kind and loving that even if her left eye has been completely destroyed internally and it really hurts, she has not stopped asking for cuddles.

PLEASE WATCH THIS VIDEO AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND…

The only way to alleviate Tina´s pain is to enucleate the eye NOW. This is the only procedure that will end her pain and at the same time safe her life.

As we always do, we are going to give Tina 24 hours to settle and fully stabilise and then we need to operate her as soon as soon as possible.

TINA HAS BEEN OPERATED THIS MORNING!!!

Everything went well … our little Tiger went to sleep peacefully, wanting to play with our hands…
She woke up well, calm and after a while she let us know in no unclear terms that she was hungry.. and that she wanted to come out to play!!!

P.S. After her treatment is over, Tina is going to need an extraordinary home. If you are that home PLEASE write a letter to me on viktor@myletsadopt.com telling me everything about you and your family of animals.

    Dear Viktor,
Four years ago I adopted one of the dogs you rescued from the Bolluca forest in Istanbul.
It was the best thing I ever did and our entire family will forever be grateful.
I´m donating to help you with Tina´s surgery. She is so sweet! Please give her the most beautiful life you can.
    I know you can.

Viktor….you have chosen the wrong name this time. She is going to be beautiful and you should have picked “Linda”.
Small donation on its way as I have still not won the lottery!

    1. Viktor Larkhill says:

      Thank you Lorraine!!!!

  3. Dear Viktor,

Since I found this website about two months ago, you keep amazing me by all the kind work you and your team have done. I have three cats at home – all of them were adopted from the same local organization. I can’t believe people just abandon their own pets/friends/family members like that. Don’t they remember how much fun/joy/love those little creatures brought to their families??? Every time I see your postings, I just couldn’t help my tear. I’ve been donating now and then and I will keep doing that as long as the rescue continues.
Please save little Tina and give her a sweet home.

    Regards,
    Xueqi

  7. G*d bless the people who found Tina and took her to a vet! I know LAG can help her. One of my cats had melanoma in one eye. Now we sometimes call her our little pirate. 🙂 Does Tina have melanoma? She’ll be happy and healthy and pain-free after you remove her eye. What a sweet and pretty baby!

  8. What a beautiful cat. Viktor, you and your crew are saints. I have no doubt in my mind that now that Tina is with you that everything will be OK. Donated what I could.

Why does the cat appear to be drugged in the film..but walking well in the field? Was Tina already drugged for surgery when you filmed her? Hope all goes well..she is indeed a very pretty kitty!

    1. Viktor Larkhill says:

Hi Virginia… it´s because in the video she is sedated previous to perform an ultrasound on her eye…
