Ismail Ay, the veterinarian at Kadir Topbaş Hasdal shelter was happy that day. None of the dogs he had neutered the day before had died on his operation table. A rare occasion considering that usually about 15 to 20 dogs a week die at Hasdal due to incorrect veterinary procedures.
Suddenly the volunteers alerted him that one of the females was experiencing massive lost of blood. Clearly annoyed, Ismail refused to move from his table to go help the animal that was quickly going into shock in the recovery cage. Instead he told the workers to bring the dog to him using their usual catch pole.
Blood was everywhere. The dog was too weak to even move or stand and was being dragged through the shelter floor. Volunteers tried to intervene but the workers stopped them saying: Don’t teach us what do to. This is how it’s done here!… The volunteers were pushed aside.

The total killing rate of Ismail Ay went up by one that morning… more would follow in the afternoon, and the next day… and the next.

If this is not the work of the worst and cruelest vets in the world I really don’t know how to call it.

Ismay .Ay’s vet skills are = to a 1 handed blind butcher at work… and i know the blind 1 handed butcher would do a better job at keeping them alive.

– they need to be taken to where they dump the dogs, in the forrest.
– strip them naked and tie them to a tree..very very securely ( sitting, standing not fussed )
– give them a couple of little cuts to the body to let the blood drip abit.
– place video recorder in good position so they know theyre being filmed ( mental anguish)
1. either rats will get them, very slowly bite by bite…or
2. the dogs will finally be able to get a somewhat decent feed…raw!!! or
3. if they arent touched by any animals( animals arent too fond of ROTTEN meat) they may suffer the painfully slow tortureous agony that goes with starving.and theyre xperts on that subject.
4. finally, if all of the above fails….IMPALE THEM!!!

May he die screaming and in the worst pain ever. The staff who were treating the dogs as they did and stood by as he left them to die are as guilty as the vet himself. May all of you have the worst death known to man because if you are cruel to animals you will pay for it and that is stated in the bible.

I hope that one day this incompetent imbecilic vet is lying on an operating table in a foreign country (so he can’t be understood and neither can he understand) and his surgeon has the same attitude to life that he obviously does and he bleeds to death after he becomes conscious following his operation and then he falls out of bed and no one helps him except possibly to drag him to the toilets and leave him there so he can die slowly on the cold tiles.
However, if this doesn’t happen …. God will judge him in the end and I don’t think He will appreciate such cruel treatment to one of His creatures.

This is f-cking unbelievable.I worked for a vet for 2 years and assisted her with spay/neuters and never ever saw this much blood loss.this bastard should have his balls cut off and layed out on the floor to bleed to death….I am a huge animal lover and am so sad for the loss of life this man/monster has caused.
I think he needs to come visit some of us good ole southern folks. You do this in that part of america and well lets just say one mad did it and he got shot. they arrested the dog owner but it was self defense so he is ok. this idiot started shotting his dog so the neighbor came out blew him away!! I would do the same. Someone needs to tie this guy up and torture him cut him let him bleed then cut other places., I know i sound mean and sadistic but this whole story for the past few months has got me so angry. My heart stopped for a moment seeing these photos. I can’t imagine such a cruelty from a person who oath to care for all the animals. He is not a vet more likely a butcher. He should be stripped from his license to practice as a vet. But unfortunately its not going to happen in Turkey. Hope he will be punished on this Earth for his cruelties!!!!!
