A few days ago we were asked help finding fosters and final homes for Seven very special kitties.
There is something magical about this little family. I don’t know what it is, I suppose is something different for everyone but it’s there, it’s magic.
With just one post several fosters came up, we started talking to them screening them, but in the following days we realized that none of those kitties would ever travel unless they recovered from their health issues. By the next day, situation had gone really bad with some of them.
They have all been rushed to the vets and started looking for what is causing their condition. We have just performed full blood pannels on them. They are FeLV and FIV negative, and we are looking for an specific virus, it may be Herpes virus, it may be Calici virus, maybe something else we don’t know but right now the situation is critical and they are all under full veterinary supervision.
One of them, we have called him Biscuit has a broken pelvis and we need to find an specialized surgeon to perform this operation. This is being a challenge in itself and well deal with it separatedly.
As I say, the situation is critical.. I was informed this morning that one them died overnight. We are determined for to save the remaining six. We will spare no costs and effort, and, like Monkey did, they will have the best buy xanax san diego treatment modern medecine can afford. There will be no shortcuts. This family MUST live.
Please, we need your help… we MUST save this little family…

Update 11 January 2015…
It´s been over two years since this little family was rescued and their stories went on to become our story…
One of them died before we got there… We managed to get the other six… they were all given wonderful names: Biscuit, Nemo, Coral, Beluga, Koi and Sharkie…
This little family was treated like Royalty… Let´s Adopt Global Royalty… and their story was followed by many thousands of people. Our efforts to rescue Biscuit, our journey to Savannah and his trip to Europe, the way he left us.. noone that followed his rescue will ever forget him.
But their siblings remained with us. We wanted them to keep in connection with each other so we adopted them out in two very special pairs. Coral and Beluga were adopted by Katy Cohen in Savannah…
Koi and Sharkie flew to Holland and were adopted by the wonderful Ellen De Bruijn where they live the happiest of lives.
I cannot begin to describe you the rollercoaster of emotions this rescue created in all of us, they way they bonded us, and the way they changed us…
All of them continue inspiring everyone that meets them…
