Puppies… everyone loves them right?
Not everyone.
I would go as far as saying that everyone loves THE IDEA of puppies… but the real thing?
Meet Wolfie… he was abandoned this weekend inside a box on a rest area in the highway.
Not the place where you expect to find yelping puppies…
We immediately noticed that the little one, Wolfie, had a problem, he was having trouble moving and his cries were a mix of hunger and pain.
The leg was broken. We took him to the clinic and did the necessary XRays. You can see it on the Xray.. the femur is badly broken, and it’s not going to heal on its own.
All other analysis are ok, that fracture is Wolfie’s only problem, and it needs to be operated immediately.
Listen to him, in puppy language he’s asking us all to help him.
Wolfie’s procedure has been scheduled for Wednesday, we have just enough time, 24 hours, to raise the funds for his surgery.
Wolfie was born in the wrong place and at the wrong time, and he ended discarded and broken.
We can right a wrong here and give Wolfie a head start, a new beginning in life… we’ll make sure he’s fine afterwards..
We just have 24 hours to do this.. please, if you can, help us give Wolfie a second chance… Help us prove him that he is a lucky one after all…

I can’t believe it that a rational human being left this little baby to die in the middle of nowhere suffering for a broken leg. What kind of person is he/she? I do not know, but I do know what kind of people we are and we are going to give this baby a second chance of life helping the good people who is helping him with donations and with a forever home. what a beautiful baby. i broke my femur once. It’s an extremely painful injury with a long recovery time. I am confident you will be able to help Wolfie!

En este momento no tengo ni un centavo, pero ya te mandaré algo. Mi gata esta enferma y me ha costado una fortuna. La pobre tenia una cistitis y resulto que era un tumor canceroso pero por ahora esta estable y no parece sufrir, come y mucho, no se queja y no tiene sintomas aparentes, pero le hice hacer una ecografia y una biopsia y otras cosas y te imaginas lo que me ha costado. Mientras tenga calidad de vida, esté contenta y no sufra la dejo vivir, si veo que sufre la mando al otro lado. Me rompe el alma este cachorrillo, espero que puedan tenerlo sin dolor, me imagino por lo que habra pasado y se ve que es un bebé.

Some people are so awful and I don’t know what kind of person you have to be to do this sort of thing. Leave it in front of a shelter at least, I mean really? A police station, firehouse, anything EXCEPT a highway. I may only be eighteen, but I care deeply for animals and what you’re doing is something great that I hope to be able to do myself some day. I wish I made more at my job so I could contribute more to Wolfie’s recovery.
Wolfie is such a beautiful little baby….to hear him cry gives me pains in my chest because I know he is in a lot of pain. He looks like a gorgeous Yellow Lab and they are fabulous dogs….It sure would be nice to find out who left Wolfie and his brother on the side of a highway and charge them with animal abuse….Today is Thursday and Wolfie was to have his surgery yesterday and I pray that everything went well and he will heal well and be the bouncing little puppy he should be. God Bless you baby Wolfie, you are such a little Darling and I wish I could be there to comfort you. Viktor, please keep us up to date on his surgery and recovery.
