  • Such a touching video, such a heartwarming story of dedication of those that have cared for him, operated on him and above all given him his life back. God Bless you all. Shared of course, and praying his very special loved one will come for him very soon :) x

  • Why would I be offended Laura?
I’m not the one to be praised… as a matter of fact I did nothing here.
The Heros are Marlon, our vets, Ada vet clinic in Istanbul and the girl that found him after he had been laying on the streets for four days.
They are the heros.. I’m just in charge of making sure he spends the rest of his life in a great home.
    Help me out with this..
    xx

  • trop touchant, trop beau ce malheureux chaton. J’espère qu’il va se remettre. Et pourquoi pas ……..

  • Im a total Animal-Friend.
I want to give Marlon a very good Home. Who is the Cat now?
Victor can you help Marlon and me?

  • Thanks Sharon.. not possible. Dr. Fitzpatrick is a wonderful vet but
    a) he is in the UK
    b) he is one of the most expensive doctors in the world
    c) Marlon can walk on two legs. Oscar couldn’t because he was an older cat, too late for him to learn… Marlon is already up and running… there is no stopping him!
We won’t be doing experiments on him… certainly not here.
    xx

  • Cant’ see the “leg-video” but heard from some people, that cats and dogs not always feel comfortable with a prosthesis. Sometimes it’s better to let them run on 2 or 3 legs, when they are able to manage it… :)

  • little marlon filled with life
    wants to live, in spite
    of the strife
he suffered on his fragile legs
    caused by some low life
    human dregs
    a heart wide open
    forever hoping

  • Shalom Patty… Shalom…

    xx

  • All our animals find homes Andrea…and Marlon couldn’t be an exception.

  • Only fools and saints make good hermits Tracy..
    I assume you are none..
Stay with us… help us find more homes for our animals instead of hiding into some cave.. :-)

  • I just cannot imagine the horror that kitty has gone thru… and so sweet, forgiving of us, and loving, still. So much we could learn from them, if we opened our minds up.

  • when you become a rescue person its your oath to save what you can we look where no one else looks we save when no one wants to save when no one else wants to save we put our selves in harms way we stand up no matter what we the animal rescues all over the world will continue this is why you see this video continue all who love animals strenght comes in numbers god speed little one

  • I Love You Marlon!

  • God bless Marlon!!! God bless all those who have helped him to survive and thrive! Best of luck sweet Marlon. :)

  • I haven’t cried this hard for a long time. God bless the person/people who rescued and saved this little guy’s life! I took in a little baby who had been hit by a car and lost her front left leg. She lived a wonderfully fulfilled life for 12 years but unfortunately passed on due to complications from the car strike (after 12 years!). He will live a wonderful, full life in his new forever home in the US! Welcome Marlon and God Bless your sweet, sweet little soul!

  • Everytime I watch this…I get a giant lump in my throat!

  • Reminds me of a twelve week old kitten that was dropped off at the vet where I used to work. The guy said, “I found him like this’ and dropped him on the tile floor from shoulder height. My boss figured he’d had a string tied around his middle and had been spun around. He had gangrene. He first lost one leg and his tail. Then he lost half of the other leg. He was given the name Braveheart. He was soon adopted and made a complete recovery. That was over ten years ago. I’ll never forget him. God bless little Marlon. I have high hopes for him.

  • [...] Here is Marlon’s story [...]

  • thank you guys – you are doing a great job

  • What a sweet little thing, I hope some will take this baby. What a little fighter, God love him. Bless you for helping.

  • Maybe this poor baby got caught under the hood of a vehicle while he was trying to stay warm….cats do that when its cold outside….we need to bang on our hoods before starting our cars!!

  • What a brave little cat. God knows what happened to him (burned perhaps?) but he deserves to be happy in his new home. I am always amazed at how resilient animals are. It would be wonderful if we could get an update – and perhaps a new video of Marlon in his new home.

  • i live in england, i already have a cat, but feel so sad for this little chap, couldnt he have some wheels made for him like dogs do, he couldnt be flown to england could he?

  • Grausam, warum muss diese Katze so ihr Leben leben
