THIS IS AN URGENT APPEAL TO SAVE A DOG THAT HAS BEEN BADLY ABUSED, PROBABLY STABBED… PLEASE HELP BY SHARING THIS POST ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER
A busy highway in South Spain and the speeding cars barely manage to avoid a stumbling little dog walking along the road.
At times, it seems like he´s going to try to cross it. Others, he collapses on the floor and sits, catching his breath.
Finally, a couple stops the car, rescues him and rushes him to a village vet…. We were contacted….
The pictures they sent us showed a tiny Poodle, injured and laying on his side. Barely breathing and with a festering gapping wound filled with hundreds of worms.
We couldn´t wait, jumped on a high speed train to the other side of the country, to Sevilla.
When we finally got there we couldn’t believe Lolo´s condition. We will never know the kind of life this poor soul had, but his current condition speaks volumes about his past.

Lolo´s condition is critical, he presents a massive wound on the right side of his chest. The wound appears to have been done with a sharp object and entered deep, cutting flesh and muscle. It got quickly infected, flies entered and laid eggs… worms appeared and started feeding on the flesh.
The knife cut through the rib and affected the lung. We are working to control the internal bleeding.

JUST GOT THIS FROM THE CLINIC!!! LOLO STANDS UP!!!!
For the first couple of days Lolo basically sat down and rested… his injury is massive and his condition was very very poor.. he needed to regain his energy.
But little by little we are seeing his spirit shinning through!!!!

October 20…
Lolo continues making progress. The injury continues being treated, we are keeping infection under control…
His heart continues being a worry. Lolo has a cardiopathy of the mitral valve and he is going to need medication for life.

November 4
THE INCREDIBLE LOLO NEEDS SURGERY!!!
Last month Lolo´s case shocked this community. At his old age he was cut open and thrown on the highway to die.
We rushed to his rescue and at first we thought he wouldn´t make it…
But here he is!!! LOOK AT THIS!!!!
We now have to operate and CLOSE THE HOLE connecting his mouth to his nasal cavity…
This is going to be quite a delicate operation, but once it´s done and healed LOLO WILL BE AS GOOD AS NEW!!!!

Lolo has been operated and he is now totally recovered!!!!
In coming days he will be flying to his new home!!

I dont believe in a god Viktor, but I am VERY sure that there is a hell that people who do this sort of thing will end up in. I hope they spend eternity covered in cuts and upto their eyes in flies and maggots. Please do what you can to help this poor girl. I know she is in the safest hands in the world.

This poor baby ws fighting for her life. Any updates? Is she going to make it? Where is she located? I would love to adopt her. I don’t know if she would like to have two big siblings. I have boxers that’s are 3 and 4. What an angel Lolo praying for a speedy recovery.

Viktor, will Lolo also have surgery to correct his/her mouth? What has happened in there to cause the hole in his palate? No animal deserves the abuse and cruelty that this small dog has endured. People who would do this are sick and dangerous and cowardly. Some person/people around where I live were abusing cats – cutting off an ear and blinding them in one eye – I could never find out who did this, but I let it be known around my rural neighborhood what I thought of such people and that I intended to make sure they were prosecuted. The abuse stopped, and those cats lived for years on my farm. Lolo made me think of those cats, how someone would have had to hold his little body while they did that to him. There is no justification for such actions. I hope that my small donation can help.

This is horiffic, I have 3 dogs of my on here at home, they are JJ, Vettie and Muis, I cannot love them more than I do, I would die if anything were to happen to any of them… And to see this done to LOLO breaks my heart, how can anyone be so cruel? Viktor TY for saving this precious little one. I cried when I saw the video. How can someone be so sick as to cut a dog like that and leave it to suffer and die. I read that they are finding out that people like this end up hurting humans also. Whomever did this needs to be caught before this happens again. Your team is the best. I cannot help as I am still unemployed but I always share hoping one of my friends will help you. At least he is in loving hands and hopefully out of pain. TY for all you do.
