UPDATE 26 May: The wonderful German couple of tourist took a 7 hour drive to the Barstow Humane Society that confirmed that the dog was picked up by his owner. We don’t know how this dog ended in the middle of the desert, probably we will never know… anyway… the dog is safe now. Case closed. I have just received the following email. It’s clearly an emergency… I don’t know, if you can help us, but here is our story:
Please, can someone help her?! Ok, we need someone to go or call to the Barstow Humane Society and take full responsibility for this dogie. Once she is safe and sound we will do our best to find her a home that fits our standards. But for now she needs an emergency rescue…
